Angry BIRD!!!

This was a fun one!  Dark chocolate cake with alternating white and chocolate buttercream. 

Bridal Shower Cakeballs!

The theme for the bridal shower...."Booz and Bras"!!  So we were asked to make a cakeball display shaped like a wine bottle (thank goodness not the other)!! ;) This is what we came up with.....strawberry, carrot cake and white almond cakeballs!  YUM!

Princess GG turns 4!!!

Strawberry cake filled with custard and iced in vanilla buttercream.  Complete with a handmade tiara for the princess!!!

Twilight Themed!

This was a fun cake to do!  I've never read the books or seen the movies so it was a bit tricky, but I think it turned out pretty good!!!  Mom and I worked hard....

Karen's Birthday!

Karen's cake was a white almond cake with vanilla buttercream.  Fondant bow, flowers and name tag were made by hand.

Donny's 40th birthday!! Alternating peanut butter and chocolate cake layers, peanut butter and chocolate buttercream topped with ganache drizzle!  Milk please.... :)

Flamingo Birthday Party!  The ladies were playing Bunco hence the dice at the bottom.  Marci turned 25...notice the dice?!?

Golf anyone?

My friend requested cupcakes to take to the event planner at the golf club she is getting married at.  This is what we came up with.  Handmade sugar golfballs stuck in the rough...complete with a tiny flower to keep it feminine!

Wedding Day!

This cupcake tower is AWESOME!  The turquoise fabric panels are removeable so the fabric can be changed to coordinate perfectly with your theme!!

The topper is lemon cake filled with lemon curd and iced with lemon hinted buttercream of course!!!  The cupcakes are also lemon with lemon buttercream and handmade sugar gerber daisies!

The groom's cake is marbled filled and iced with vanilla buttercream decorated with handmade edible western spurs, rope and barbed wire.
